Please note that upon entering the parking facility, you will need to check in with an attendant. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your desired arrival time at LAX. Please be aware that in-and-out privileges are not permitted.
 
When you return to retrieve your vehicle, please present a copy of your prepaid Reservation Receipt to the cashier before exiting the garage. Do not make any additional payments at the garage. Failure to follow this procedure will result in customers being charged the higher posted rate without exception.
 
For security reasons, only the original driver will be allowed to retrieve the vehicle when exiting the parking facility. If someone else will be picking up your vehicle, please make arrangements accordingly. The driver will be denied permission to use valet parking if they state that someone else will be retrieving the vehicle.
