Cancellation

You can cancel this reservation anytime before the scheduled arrival time at the parking lot. However, we can only issue a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before it is set to begin. After that, we can only issue a refund after deducting a fee of $9.95. We will not be able to refund any reservation canceled after the arrival time.

Check-In Instructions:

Drive up to the entrance and scan your reservation QR code to open the gate.

Park in any open spot—just follow the signs.

Our shuttle will pick you up right at the entrance and take you straight to the airport.

Check-Out Instructions:

Once you’ve grabbed your luggage, head up to the Departures level.

Look for the Red Hotel and Private Parking Shuttle sign to catch your ride back.

Back at the garage, follow the signs to the exit and scan your QR code to open the gate. Simple as that!
